Job Description :

You have probably been to a restaurant that is using a TV screen to show its menu. Or visited a dentist with a TV screen in the lobby showing promotions and content. Neon helps restaurants and healthcare facilities convert their TV screens into digital displays that can be updated remotely from a cloud-based dashboard.

What do we need?
We need someone who has been a founder, wants to be a founder, or frankly just loves helping build startups. Our CEO is a multi-time entrepreneur who founded Neon Screens just over 2 year ago. As the team grows he needs someone working alongside him every step of the way.

This role at other companies might be called a General Manager, Market Manager, Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or even COO.

This is not a personal assistant. This is not an internship.

This is for someone who wants to work with a CEO with a focus on building the business.

Yes, this is a real business, earning real subscription revenue for a great software product that’s rapidly growing.

What will this role do?
Every day will present a new challenge that we could not possibly predict. Here are some things we have worked on lately to give you a better idea:

Find partners to help launch implementation and construction projects
Build a proposal and pitch deck for one of the largest US fast food chains
Test the newly released marketing screen features on our SaaS product
Help close a new prospect with our sales team

Salary
$60k annual base compensation
Equity compensation package

Pay: $50,515.12 – $60,000.00 per year
