Job Description :

Job Summary

Assess, optimize, improve, and integrate systems and core business processes. Oversee the design, implementation, user training, and maintenance of company systems.

Duties and Responsibilities


· Configure and setup back-office systems including PDI, Service Channel, and JDA.

· Support and train users on systems.

· Create/maintain/assign user security roles.

· Collaborate with external resources on system customization projects.

· Conduct regular (annual, biannual) system reviews.

· Coordinate/troubleshoot data interchange between systems.

· Conduct data extraction and imports as needed.

· Customize on-demand & scheduled system reports.

· Address issues, concerns, and errors that users encounter with systems.

· Troubleshoot output & deliverables.

Work Environment

  • Typically work is performed in an office setting.
  • Occasional work around fuel and fuel pumps, around moving vehicles, in parking lots, and on outside grounds.

Physical Demands

  • Able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move freely around work location (internal and external).
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to move about office/store setting to complete responsibilities.
  • Frequent use of phone, computer, store, and office equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/data related field, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Three or more years’ experience in a related field.

· Experience with back-office systems.

· Strong data skills including experience with SQL and dashboarding software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn company systems and processes.
  • Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
  • Able to effectively multitask.


· Five or more years’ experience in related field.

· Data warehouse management experience.

· Experience with PDI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $97,000.00 per year
