Job Description :


This role is for an experienced B2B marketing manager to lead Westfalia’s existing marketing department, overseeing marketing activities and assisting with business development for two business units. The position is responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive marketing strategy for our company which align with our sales goals.

Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement annual high-impact strategic marketing plan
  • Improve and maintain 2 lead generating websites
  • Develop and drive the implementation of on trend marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and develop leads
  • Direct and support market research, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality marketing materials
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures
  • Maintain brand standards; ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning to devise counterstrategies
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies to increase web traffic to establish a strong, long-term web presence
  • Develop, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute marketing plans

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the existing marketing team
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the marketing department
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Interview, hire and train new staff as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a related field required


  • Masters degree preferred
  • Business to business marketing, sales, or business development experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be fit for air travel
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
