• Provide on-site management, disperse and handle all lubricants and chemicals, including but not limited, to washer soluble coolants, washer chemicals, water and waste treatment chemicals as specified by the customer.
• Take appropriate action to ensure compliance with the quality system and policy expectations including: Taking action to identify and prevent quality problems by bringing the quality issue to the attention of supervisory personnel; o Check addition or amendment to work instructions to assure that the quality system reflects the appropriate changes; o Meet and comply with all HSE expectations (i.e. no accidents, no harm to people, and no damage to the environment).
• Actively participate in identifying areas of safety improvement including: o Bringing safety issues to the attention of supervisory personnel; o Check addition or amendment to existing safety procedures to assure that they reflect the appropriate changes; o Inspect Stores/Cribs and containment areas to ensure they are always clean, safe and appropriately labeled; o Ensure equipment is always safe/clean, handled in accordance with all safety use instructions/emergency procedures, calibrated in accordance with quality requirements and that all preventive maintenance work is conducted as per schedule for all equipment used.
• Ensure that the chemical and lubricant handling procedures are followed to maintain compliance with all work order schedules including routes & tasks for: o Fluid and additive additions, sample collections, rudimentary sample/system tests, sump pump-outs/clean outs and recharges.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Mechanical and/or technical background.

• Good problem-solving skills and verbal communication skills

• Capable of handling full 55 gallon drums, prolonged kneeling and/or squatting

• Ability to climb onto and under various machines in a safe, prudent manner Forklift operator training (preferred)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
