Residential Remodeling & Construction Operations Manager

The candidate will take a responsibility over remodeling and construction operation activities, including but not limited to supervision of staffing, projects budgeting and profitability. This candidate will report directly to the Owner of the company and General Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Formulate and implement Operation Department procedures and policies

· Coordinate and manage the PMs and field employees schedule and performance

· Provide the Production Status Report on a weekly basis

· Generate weekly schedules for field employees and subcontractors

· Provide a necessary training to increase a level of working proficiency

· Ensure all projects completed on-time, on budget and with satisfied clients

· Developing a team of reliable subcontractors

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience in a residential construction workeragement position

Design build/bid experience

Solid problem-solving skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent computer skills; Excel, Outlook, Word
