What will be asked of you:
- Uphold TMC’s Core values of Integrity Quality and Dedication to Excellence
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with shippers who have not YET had the opportunity to experience the world class logistics solutions TMC offers!
- Spend up to 60% of your time interacting with our world class customers face to face
- Mentor and lead the account management and operational teammates assigned to your book of business.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to craft and propose best in class brokerage solutions
- Strategically build and execute plans to increase TMC’s Wallet Share for every account in your book of business

Who we are looking for:
- A high-energy, forward-thinking individual.
- Successful track record selling logistics solutions at a high level
- A passionate person who lives for building relationships.
- The ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
- A person with strong multitasking ability who brings a sense of urgency to everything they do.
- A knack for building strong relationships with businesses and decision makers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of transportation sales experience.
