RECRUTING/HR ASSISTANT

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary/Wage: $25 – $28 per hour DOE

Our client is seeking a Recruiting/HR Assistant. Assist with full life recruitment process for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and set correct expectations with candidates. Utilize the company’s applicant tracking system, key success factors, as well as online platforms to identify potential candidates. Additional general office administrative work such as answering phones, data entry, invoicing, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum 2-3 years recruiting experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to work in web-based applications is required. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are a must.
