Manages the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

• Lead quality initiatives for 2 location plant operations. Ensures the correct implementation and monitor their effectiveness.
• Devise Procedures to inspect and report any potential Quality issues.
• Monitor all operations that affect Quality.
• Assure reliability and consistency of product by tracking through the entire manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific requirements.
• Report any issues to management to ensure immediate action.
• Analyze quality data to facilitate proactive solutions.
• Review and improve all current standards and policies.
• Maintain records of quality reports, charts, reviews, inspections, and any other relevant documentation.
• Be prepared to readily communicate with the customer in the event of an on-site inspection or visit.
• Build and maintain a QA/QC team to cover both facilities.
• Inspect all outgoing finished product to customer specific requirements.
• Provide Quality training to all employees.
• Ensure all Regulatory standards and requirements are met.
• Embrace the Voice of the Customer.
• Reduction in Cost of Poor Quality.
• Develop a culture to ensure Continuous Improvement takes place.
