Job Duties:

• Will perform incoming inspection of purchased mechanical parts/assemblies and electro-mechanical (cables/pcbs parts) to print requirements
• Interpret mechanical and electrical prints and specs
• Perform functional mechanical and electrical inspections
• Perform data entry and material transactions
• Generate and maintain reports and records as required
• Recommend improvements to quality of parts and procedures

REQUIRMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years experience inspecting mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies

• Inspection of sheet metal, welding, and hardware fabrication experience required
• Will read blueprints and have a sound understanding of tolerance practices
• Must be capable of using inspection measurement tools/equipment such as calipers, pin gages, micrometers, multimeters, etc.
• Must keep tools in calibration
• Experience working in an ISO certified facility.
• Must be computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
