Job Description :

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Yoga Instructor to tailor out a plan to meet health goals.

• Visually assess students to determine their level of practice.
• Assist client to achieve precise alignment.
• Demonstrate practice and techniques.
• Possess the ability to move energy through the body.
• Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages.
• Motivate client with words of encouragement.
• Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.
• Ability to teach beginner to intermediate skill set in a one on one setting

understanding of yoga and mediation techniques that can be easily comprehensible

• Ability to work within clients home using a fitness friendly space
• Key understanding of progressions that can engage all skill level
• Flexibility in scheduling and open communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 3×12
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hoffman Estates, IL 60169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Preferred)
