Job Description :

This is a position for a property manager who is willing to take on every aspect of managing multiple single-family properties as well as the needs of the homeowners regarding running those homes. This person will be responsible for managing venders and sub-contractors to make sure projects are completed in a timely manner with the ability to shift from one project to another. Looking for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to anticipate problems before they arise and take on responsibility prior to being told something needs to be done. When a problem presents itself have a solution/ plan/ recommendation to suggest when presenting the issue to the homeowner.

Qualities & Competencies:

Resourceful, tenacious, solution finder/ problem solver, good communication skills, good time management skills, ability to build and nurture relationships with various vendors, follow-up and follow-though, ability to handle shifting priorities, a sense of urgency. Must be available to address after hour emergencies.

Oversee & Maintain Owners Homes:

  • Make small repairs & maintenance as needed including: Changing of lightbulbs, Changing of batteries, Clear decks of debris, Take out and return garbage and recycling bins
  • Schedule, coordinate, and meet with various vendors to ensure everything is functioning properly as it should as well as maintain the expected visual appearance of the property Pool, Landscaping, HVAC, Water softening and purification systems, Electrical, Cable/ AV, Roofing, Cleaning services
  • Interface with and operate the homes various software systemsCrestron Johnson Controls HVAC System, Climatec Mitsubishi

Arrange for Guests:

  • Make sure guest homes are clean
  • Confirm everything is functioning properly and thermostat is set appropriately
  • Stock kitchens with food and beverages
  • Occasionally provide instructions on how doors/windows/lighting work
  • Schedule cleaning of homes and linens when guests depart

Arrange for Meetings:

  • Prepare appropriate guest house for visitors (see above)
  • Make sure gallery is stocked with appropriate meeting suppliesCoffee, pads of paper, pens, markers, easels, snacks
  • Pick up pre ordered lunch

Arrange for Corporate Meetings:

  • Prepare guest houses (see above)
  • Make sure gallery is stocked (see above)
  • Let the chef in and assist with setup if needed
  • Help hired AV team setup equipment (if needed)


  • Owners vehicles: Take vehicles for emission tests, Plug vehicles in when owners are out of town, Apply registration stickers, Make adjustments to XM radio, Deliver cars for maintenance and service
  • FurnitureSchedule furniture to be polished and/or repaired as necessary
  • Email/correspondence, review invoices related to work performed and submit to accounting for payment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
