Job Description :

Prepares surfaces for painting by removing old paint using paint removers, scrapers, wire brushes, or blowtorches. Applies paint, varnishes, stains, and other coatings to interior and/or exterior surfaces with brush, roller, sprayer, or other tools. Maybe required to prepare paint and primers and matches colors. Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers using a caulking gun or a putty knife. May prepare estimates of work time to complete projects. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager to receive assignments but will need to work as part of a team or independently to complete tasks. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
