Job Description :

We are looking for a fun, and friendly person to round out our amazing welcoming committee at the Front Desk. Offering flexible work schedules, stable employment, and growth for those interested in getting their foot in the door. This position is for an overnights with 3, 10 hour shifts a week.

The Glen House Hotel opened in 2018 and was built in a classic New England style, similar to the previous four Glen Houses that have stood on its site near Mt. Washington since 1852.

Achieving a high level of client and guest satisfaction is a challenging task requiring enthusiastic team players in a wide variety of positions. We seek qualified candidates who share our values and the desire to create a warm and professional hospitality environment with a winning attitude. Pay: Starting at $18 per hour

The Night Auditor maximizes revenue and creates value by providing excellent customer service. This includes effective reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of guest experience such as check-in, check-out, and problem resolution. Additionally, they complete nightly reports and audits, and act as the “Manager on Duty” in the absence of a regular Manager.

We look for new candidates who can learn quickly, pay attention to the detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.
