The Springs Living started as a promise that a grandson made to his grandmother not to put her in a nursing home when she got older. To fulfill this promise, that grandson started building senior living communities where people could thrive as they age, and The Springs Living was born. As the Marketing Specialist, you would be integral to the company’s overall marketing efforts. This position works with our Marketing Director as well as collaborating with others such as our Creative Director, Communications Director, and more. Our residents and staff deserve our best efforts, and this position’s outcomes must meet high standards regarding the quality of your work and relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience.
  • Support director and senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences.
  • Contribute to social media and content calendars by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Coordinate with business partners to create, execute, and continually improve upon partnership marketing opportunities that will establish our brand as an industry leader.
  • Provide relationship management services to our individual communities to satisfy their marketing needs and to position them to dominate their individual markets.
  • Monitor and improve UX and UI on company and community websites.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across digital and traditional media.
  • Work with and manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing strategy on behalf of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices and bring new ideas forward to the team.
  • Continually learn and grow as an individual and professional in order to take yourself and The Springs Living to the next level.

This position is based out of McMinnville, Oregon with opportunity for hybrid remote schedule.
