Details:

We are a high-volume real estate team focusing on buyers and sellers of residential real estate, in the state of Delaware. We’re searching for an experienced and outgoing marketing & administrative assistant to join our team, full-time. You will be the first face that clients see when they arrive to our office reception. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, identifying lead generation techniques, assisting with client pre-qualification, managing office upkeep, providing social media marketing support, and assisting the other team members with clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is confident and comfortable with modern technology and managing an office. You should possess the skills, attitude, and desire to learn new things and operate in a small office setting. The person who fulfills this position will have the opportunity to research different initiatives that will help our team acquire new leads, driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. This unique role will allow you to be a part of many different aspects of our real estate business, keeping things interesting! This role will be based out of our office in Middletown, DE.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Answering Phones
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Greeting Guests
  • Monitoring & Posting on Social Media Accounts
  • Servicing Inbound Leads
  • Prospecting for New Leads
  • Marketing & Event Support
  • Organizing Office Workflow & Ordering Supplies
  • Maintaining Calendars
  • Converting leads into customers by persistently following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
  • Using CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Other Administrative Support, as needed
  • Other Office Management Support, as needed

Required Skills:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have High School Diploma
  • Must have good phone etiquette, a positive attitude & great organizational skills
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office products, including; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have experience using Social Media Platforms, such as; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Twitter
  • Must be reliable & dependable
  • Must have experience with MacOS

Preferred Skills:

  • College Degree
  • Prior job experience in an administrative position
  • Prior job experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Experience using Canva
  • Experience posting on Social Media platforms in a business setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $28.50 per hour

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:
