Lead Developer

Position will be remote 90% with an occasional 10% headquarters time in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Experience with Leading, Building and Mentorship of prior teams is a must.

Ability to work as a Partner to the SVP of Product Technology

Marketing.com is a new SaaS omni-channel marketing platform. We are hiring a team to define and build the brand-new product architecture from scratch. We are looking for a lead developer who has experience with AWS serverless architecture: Node.js, Typescript, Vue.js, Single Page Application (SPA), API Gateway, AWS Lambda and MongoDB.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Recruit and hire a team of developers here in US and offshore
• Manage development team, and set quality standards for all development activities
• Proficient in Typescript, Node.js, Vue.js and MongoDB.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Working Experience in AWS (AWS Lambda, MongoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation)
• Working Experience in AWS Serverless Architecture
• Experience working with microservices
• Knowledge of document and NoSQL databases
• Ability to leverage Postman for API testing
• Ability to write unit test cases
• Experience working with agile software development methodologies
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
