Job Description :

The Junior Financial Analyst – FP&A is an early career position. The role will be responsible for providing financial reporting and variance analysis for the GDSO division. Must display the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work with large amounts of data in a highly matrixed environment. Will report to FP&A Manager.

  • Assist in the monthly preparation of financial reports.

  • Generate routine financial reports for management.

  • Conduct variance analysis

  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process.

  • Provide internal support for the FP&A team.

  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Profit & Loss Statement
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to corporate office in Waltham, MA as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail industry experience
  • Experience with SmartView is a plus

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
