What We’re Looking For:

The IT Support Manager will be a self-motivated individual responsible for the technical support of our equipment and network. Troubleshooting, managing, and working with the team to assure the technology and tools are functioning and available for the successful deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling in-bound helpdesk tickets through phone and email
  • Working with individuals with a wide range of computer skills, specifically when communicating technical information
  • Performing password resets, software installation, printer troubleshooting, computer equipment replacement, and escalation of ticket(s) to the appropriate IT staff member as necessary
  • Creating new hire accounts, deploy new computers, and troubleshoot basic network connectivity
  • Assisting in the maintenance and administration of VOIP systems
  • Maintaining internal documentation
  • Participating in an IT on-call rotation
  • Performing other responsibilities as required

Education & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
  • A hands-on ready to help and work on various projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Responsive and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication with ability to do 100% phone support
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Eager to learn new concepts
  • Passion for computers and technology
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to climb and ladders to perform work on occasion

Other Requirements:

  • Must be available to provide remote network support to retail operations after hours and on weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

  • Windows: 5 years (Preferred)
