Job Description

SquareTrade is looking for energetic, high-performing, tech-savvy individuals to join our Operations and Supply Chain team as a Network Specialist. In this role, you will help SquareTrade grow our network of in-home repair technicians by actively finding qualified service providers, educating them on our service standards, evaluating them and influencing them to join our repair network. Since this is an external-facing role, you will act as a brand ambassador for the company and will demonstrate high energy, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will also bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role, and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process for all stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Develop a database of service providers in each market from a variety of sources.
  • Communicate with prospective service providers via email and phone
  • Effectively explain SquareTrade’s repair processes, and standards of service
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Evaluate candidates to determine suitability for SquareTrade’s service network
  • Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity and keep them engaged
  • Effectively guide service providers through onboarding processes in a timely manner
  • Maintain and present recruiting progress reports to the team
  • The shift for this role is daytime hours


  • 1+ years of recruiting or sales experience at a high growth company, Jack/Jill-of-all-Trades, or service operations-management professionals preferred
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • Effective structured communication in complex situations
  • Experience with improving/creating processes to improve business operations
  • A “go-getter” with strong record of rolling up your sleeves and tactical execution
