Job Description :

True or false?

You love visualizing and enjoy working with others to convey their ideas. You are a strong illustrator, can develop good compositions, and enjoy coloring and text labeling. You enjoy collaborating with others to evolve ideas from visual concepts to final art.

You are experienced. As a commercial artist, you have worked for 2-4 years illustrating for commercial purposes. You are empathetic and able to imagine the needs of the intended audience and business purposes of your illustrations.

You are prolific. When you need to, you can draw, color, and label text under time constraints. While working on concurrent projects, you can still retain all of the details.

You enjoy collaborating with people not like you, and you are intrigued by the possibility of working with clients from a wide range of industries. You’re able to let go of the ownership of an illustration and integrate feedback from clients and our consultants. You have a proven track record of successfully integrating feedback to produce a better visual product.

You give your input. You have ideas and are not afraid to share them. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve processes and products.

You are digitally competent and enjoy working with different programs. You like to integrate artwork into different delivery mediums (e.g. animation) using a hands-on approach. You like to learn and can adapt quickly.

You are willing to go above and beyond. You are willing to solve problems and make improvements beyond just the specific tasks you have been assigned. You must be flexible and willing to work beyond normal hours on the rare occasion of a particularly time-sensitive project.

You are a team contributor. Not only are you a team member, working with others to create a better product, but you as an individual bring skills and experience to the table that will improve the team as a whole.

You are able to work on site. We thrive on in-person collaboration.
