Job Description :

HR Benefits Assistant – $40-$50/hr

Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who would want to apply as an HR Benefits Assistant to support the benefits team with the development, management, and execution of benefits and wellbeing programs.

What To Know:

  • Pay rate of $40 to $50 per hour
  • Duration: 6 months


  • Maintaining and updating the benefits dashboard, benefits brochures, communication campaigns, and benefits process documentation, including standard operating procedures
  • Supporting with development and distribution of communications materials
  • Overseeing the administration of benefits processes such as participant enrollment, regular payroll audit and invoicing, and benefit deductions and subsidies
  • Managing new hire benefit induction meeting process and ensuring seamless benefits onboarding for new hire

Requirements and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of Administrative and Client Service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Experience using HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail
