Job Description :

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation, world leader in the design and manufacture of high power, broadband amplifiers, has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Specialist. This position will be located at our headquarters in Souderton, PA.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in all levels of the IT helpdesk to include troubleshoot, configure and/or replace laptop, desktop and peripheral hardware components

· Troubleshoot software issues in a Microsoft environment

· Install and configure Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and other applications as required

· Set up new users and provide support and training in the effective use of technology

· Assist IT Managed Service Provider to resolve network and server related issues

· Maintain comprehensive records and inventory of end user hardware, installed software and access privileges

· Communicating effectively with all levels in the organization

· Manage priorities in a high call volume environment

· Ensure high-level of end user satisfaction

Basic Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required plus five years’ experience

· Help Desk or desktop support experience

· Strong customer service skills
