Job Description :

Growing manufacturer is looking for a Financial Analyst to add to their team. Responsible for company-wide financial planning & analysis processes in the US, including budgeting, forecasting, long range planning, business partnering, unit economics, and cost with an emphasis on sales and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data analytic support to sales and marketing teams
• Analyze and report revenue, variances, product trends, and KPI’s

· Compile and publish Business Review decks for executive team

· Created dashboards for- YTD Sales Reporting, Quota Attainment, Pipeline by Vertical and Reps, YoY comparisons, Operations, Management, Regional Reporting, Data Quality Reporting, etc

· Created and launched internal and external dashboards for upper management and customers to provide sales, financial and monitoring reporting

• Performance analysis
• Business partnering
• Customer profitability and unit economics
• Procurement and cost analytics

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or related area
• Strong excel skills with extensive experience building three-statement financial models and analyzing large data sets
• Experience working in a fast-growing tech company
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Superior skills to communicate with data and tailor messaging to various audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience working with financial planning systems (e.g. Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus
• Start-up company experience is a plus
• MBA a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
