The Position:

We are seeking a highly ambitious, sales-minded individual to join our team as a Director of Sales. This person will be involved in soliciting, negotiating and booking new and existing leisure and corporate business. The ideal candidate will possess a lively personality, strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced setting. This person must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional that is capable of building strong relationships with our customers. The Director of Sales is responsible for:

· Planning and developing an effective sales strategy

· Soliciting and developing new business accounts

· Maintaining accounts once the business is captured and current accounts

· Ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded

· Handling reservations and group bookings at the hotel

· Management of rate, occupancy and RevPAR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
