Job Description :

Genworth’s USLI Distribution Team is seeking a passionate and detail oriented individual to serve as the lead point of contact for Genworth in driving successful onboarding and partnership with new customers and accounts of CareScout’s Institutional Offering, which offers customized care plans and elder care referral services improving the quality of life for families and their aging loved ones

Responsible for non-sales related key functions necessary for supporting sales and distribution of CareScout’s Institutional Offering
Build and operationalize a structure to allow for successful transfer of data between Genworth, CareScout and Accounts
Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems/troubleshoots when issues arise
Consult and advise on value added strategies and ideas to increase business related to this offering
Align Genworth and CareScout offerings to the strategy and needs of future partners, accounts and customers
Support the continued evolution of Genworth and CareScout’s Institutional Offering
Coordinate with marketing team to create and implement marketing and communication plan to increase engagement and awareness of offering
Collaborate with home office functions (compliance, IT, legal, operations) to lead cross functional projects and reinforce system, departmental, and administrative procedures
Lead efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures across multiple operational and business areas.
Assist in the planning and coordination of product informational and educational events
Effectively gather and communicate customer and competitive intelligence to share with colleagues and management team
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and lead customer focused projects across organizational boundaries
Experience interacting & collaborating with various functional areas in gathering, documenting and developing business scope for projects
Ability to translate broad concepts into implementation plans, using sound business judgement to chart the best path forward
Results oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
Experience writing business requirements and understanding/interpreting system requirements
Project Management Experience with excellent planning, organizational and execution skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers through verbal and written formats
Results oriented, ability to meet and exceed objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities

Experience presenting to and managing relationships with outside vendors
Familiarity with Life, LTC and Annuity insurance products
Business Analyst Experience
