Job Description :

Job Requirements:

• The Depot Operations Clerk is primarily responsible for accurately invoicing work orders, distributing work order to mechanics for completion, organizing work orders in to three different categories (Majors, Minors and Tires), Assisting the billing manager with all aspects of their job, backing up our gate clerk when needed by inputting inspections on containers, trailers and chassis into our Inventory management system. They are also responsible for keeping an accurate inventory of company and customers equipment. We are seeking detail – oriented individuals whose primary focus is on safety and productivity. In this role you will work indoors accurately inputting in gates and out gates as travel pull equipment into and out of our depot.

Responsibilities: Depot Operations Clerk

• inputs in/gates and out/gates.
• Notes the conditions of trailers, chassis or containers after inspection
• Maintains an accurate inventory at all times & ensures work area is clean and orderly
• Performs work in accordance with established safety & quality management procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Regular attendance is required
