Job Description :

Pete’s RV is looking for a detail-oriented remote Data Analyst to join our team. This position reports to the director of Data Analytics within the Service department. You will be responsible for helping to establish data-driven decisions by developing, maintaining, and optimizing business and financial reporting. You will play an important role in developing the growth and direction of the data analytics team. Our ideal candidate has experience with Caspio, SQL, data visualization tools, advanced Excel skills, is flexible, can prioritize competing objectives, and is capable of leading analytical projects.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop real-time data visualization dashboards
  • Create, update, and maintain cloud-based databases and applications
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
  • Develop automated reports for internal teams
  • Monitor KPIs and performance to measure the effectiveness of business units
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Work with business units to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide internal support for business units
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner


  • 1+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to travel to Pete’s RV dealerships when needed

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2+ years in analyst role
  • Experience with Caspio
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience with website development (HTML, JavaScript)

Knowledge and skills:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience using Business software to include: MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Conferencing Applications (MS Teams, Zoom)
  • Successful delivery of daily workflow in a remote work environment
  • Proven ability to partner and collaborate across an organization
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
