Job Description :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own 35+ team building events nationwide per month – be responsible for their complete success.
• Coordinate logistics for each event including staffing lead facilitators, scheduling assistants, and ensuring all staff are prepared prior to arrival on-site.
• Take on client and venue communication leading up to each event.
• Oversee material shipment process for each event: requesting program purchases, double counting, tracking packages and troubleshooting any shipment issues.
• Track event costs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with management of event production and accounting to analyze cost efficiency.
• Provide support to sales department and management – enable sales teams to help clients better understand program options and suggest solutions for last minute or out-of-the-box requests.
• Attend monthly company meetings to share wins and successes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
