Crum & Forster Company Overview:

Do you want to make a difference in the world? Would you like to join a group of dedicated, professional change-makers who come to work every day to do just that? As a social enterprise, we believe that business can and should be a powerful force for positive social change.
The Redwoods Group is not a traditional insurance company. We aim to make the world a better place through the inspired application of insurance data and a deep commitment to the broad communities in which we live and serve. We tackle very serious issues with very serious stakes – from child sexual abuse to drowning and other accidents. Insurance is the means to fulfilling our mission to Serve Others.
As a B Corp, financial profit is important, but only as a metric of sustainability. By providing property, casualty, and workers’ compensation insurance products alongside risk and management consulting services to four youth and community serving movements nationwide—YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, Jewish Community Centers, and independent overnight and day camps—we help reduce injuries and save lives.
The Redwoods Group is currently seeking a full-time
to join our team to help us achieve our vision of creating safe communities for all through mission-aligned insurance.

  • Participating in new business acquisition programs, calls, and visits when requested

  • Willing to travel and carry out strategic and difficult conversations with customers and movement leaders about the importance of safety and a culture of safety
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. We will consider a remote position for the right candidate, but with required periodic travel to our Research Triangle office in addition to customer-facing travel.
The Redwoods Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that accepts and empowers the differences in its employees.
