Job Description :

Commercial Construction Estimator

We are a general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA and are looking for an Estimator to join our team. Candidate must possess the following attributes:

• Must have a minimum of 5yrs of experience in commercial general construction estimating
• Knowledgeable of all commercial trade standard work practices for all 16 Divisions of Construction.
• Proficient in the following areas:
• Meeting with Owners and or Owners representatives and Architects for Sales and Bid negotiations.

• Excel, Word and online estimating programs
• Preparing scope of work letters for all 16 divisions for submission of Bids.
• Preparing subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Prior in field, hands on work experience a plus
• Should be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must possess proven people skills.
• The ability to learn quickly and multi-task.

Salary commensurate with experience. Health/Dental/Vision insurance. 401k eligibility after one year. Paid Vacation. Interested candidates should forward resume with salary requirements and references.

Pay: $64,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
