We need a Business Office Operations Managerto optimize department processes and ensure the building of lasting relationships with our customers. This person will maintain accurate payment records, enforce company policies, and contribute to each company’s overall success. The position has the growth potential to assume other responsibilities in the future. This is a full-time, on-premise role and will work 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

  • Manage all activities in the invoice purchasing function to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time including rebates, chargebacks, aging and collections.
  • Lead, oversee and provide direction to staff clerks

  • Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
