Due to our continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are on the search for a dynamic Assistant Community Manager to join our team.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As an Assistant Community Manager at Enclave Property Management you would provide general oversight to assigned properties and tenants, ensuring service standards are maintained and policies enforced. In addition to maintaining a positive company image, you would:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all current and proposed properties
  • Partner with Community Manager to provide timely marketing efforts & maintain an adequate source of qualified renters
  • Partner with Leasing Consultants to promote and lease units; maximizing both occupancy and income potential
  • Assist the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures for effective management, property preservation, and tenant satisfaction
  • Assist the Community Manager in developing and managing all assigned personnel; working together to maximize occupancy & documentation to ensure tenant and owner satisfaction
  • Resolve difficult tenant issues while maintaining the resident relationship & integrity of the property

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Degree required
  • 3 years of progressive administrative responsibilities
  • Previous property management or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues
  • Ability to work and direct team members
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Appfolio software experience a plus!
  • Valid Drivers License
