Job Description :

The core duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant is to support the Project Managers to help them stay organized and complete task that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Their duties will include but not limited to:

Answer Phones.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Be proficient in Microsoft office with an emphasis in excel.

Organize and maintain subcontracts and contract documents.

Be Self Motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,360.00 – $45,760.00 per year
